The founders of the company are cousins that both live in Miami Florida. Both of them had a love for video games and dreamed of making a business. Their biggest inspiration was their Grandfather who loved video games such as Far Cry, Assassin Creed, and Call of duty. Their Grandfather's name for them was 'piratas' (pirates in English). Which is why they made the name Buried Treasure Games & Repair.
